Fitness in the New Forest

Cottage lodge is delighted to announce it has teamed up with the wonderful fitness girls at Wild Revive. You can tailor your own fitness program by booking a whole week of detoxing adventure, or just a day, or anything in between.  Wild Revive is the brain child of  Marie and Nat. Both decided to offer personal training in the forest supporting others to enjoy fitness in the beautiful outdoors. And, it works. Not only do those who do personal training feel fitter they also enjoy the beauty of the forest. Lots of people go to the gym to keep fit.
