Things to Do in Brockenhurst This Autumn

So, you’ve been wanting to visit The New Forest this year? or at least this Autumn? Well, to make things simpler, here are a few things that you can do whilst staying in the Forest.

Burley Manor riding stables is located less than ten minutes from The village of Brockenhurst and close to the Cottage Lodge. Admire the views and the seasonal changes this Autumn and go riding onto the forest with friends, family or a small group at the stables. Friendly staff and lovely horses. There really is nothing better than an early morning ride in the crisp cold, dressed all cosy and warm. Open 7 days a week from 8:30am-17:00pm.

Now, lets talk about the therapeutic getaway you have been needing. We are located in the heart of Brockenhurst and just a 5 minute drive from Rhinefield House, and a short walk from Carys Manor Hotel. You deserve it.

Cycle Hire. 5 minutes walk from our hotel and located near to the train station, Cycle experience provide you with bikes, tandems as well as a small trailer for your little one. Pay to use bikes all day and you are also provided with recommended map routes. Take your camera and discover the stunning scenery of the Forest this Autumn. Or walking, of course. We provide local maps and walking/cycling routes for you to take out for the day, free of charge. You can explore the localities in Brockenhurst and the surrounding forest areas, or even venture via train or car to Lymington and explore the sea views along the coast.
