Burley: A delightful ground floor with wet-room en-suite and small, west-facing patio. The canopied double bed comes with a superb interior sprung Shakespeare mattress. Bath towels are warmed on a heated rail and you will find Gilchrist and Soames shampoo, conditioner and soap in your room.

Internet access is available in two ways: 1. On our computer in the Gillies Restaurant. 2. On your own wireless computer via our router in the Snug Bar and the Restaurant.

The room has TV & DVD/video player (DVD and video collection along the corridor), tea & coffee, safe and hair dryer. Due to the building’s age you may hear occasional noise from nearby, which may disturb very light sleepers.

The room takes its name from Burley, a delightful village north of Brockenhurst famed for its witches, cider - and roaming donkeys.

The New Forest is a beautiful part of Hampshire. The Cottage Lodge Bed and Breakfast in Brockenhurst is situated in the heart of the New Forest Village of Brockenhurst. Ponies and cattle can wander freely throught the village. Watch out for them in the village the ponies have been known to wander into Tescos.
